Our apartment 3 (30 m²) is perfectly equipped for 2 persons. It includes a small kitchen, living/sleeping room, shower/WC, hairdryer, cable TV and balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains and open countryside – with morning sun! Top 6:
Apartment 6 (130 m²) is our biggest playground. It accommodates 6 persons for an unforgettable holiday. The apartment features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a 45 m² cooking, eating and living area, as well as its own sauna and cable TV. The balcony with evening sun exposure offers a wonderful view in the direction of the mountain 'Niedere'. The prices are per apartment and night for 6 persons without breakfast. € 15 per night for each additional person (up to a max. of 8 persons).

Our 4-friends apartment (58 m²) is perfectly suited for 4 persons. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 20 m² cooking, eating and living area, as well as cable TV. TOP 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8: per person/day including breakfast
TOP 3 as apartment: for 2 persons/day without breakfast
TOP 6 as apartment: for 6 persons/day without breakfast
TOP 7 as apartment: for 4 persons/day without breakfast
TOP 10 as apartment: for 4 persons/day without breakfast
€ 15 per person and night for each additional person.
We charge an additional € 15 per day for single use of double rooms.
When booking 1 to 2 nights, we will charge an additional € 10 per apartment and night.
Local tax will be charged: 1 € per person per day.
Dogs:
Due to consideration towards other guests, dogs are allowed in one of our rooms, only. Price per night: € 10.
Mountains:
Three nights and more (from May until October) the Bregenzerwald Card is included. Feel free to experience the wonderful mountain area of the Bregenzerwald - including public tranports such as bus and cable cars!
Check-In | Check-Out:
On day of arrival: 3. p. m. , on day of departure we kindly ask our guests to leave our rooms until 10.30 a. m. We charge cancellation fee of 90% of booking price for advanced departure or delayed arrival.
